Why We Don’t Rush Out to Every Quote
We know there are plenty of contractors out there who will offer a quick, cheap quote — and for some people, that’s enough.
But our work is different. We specialise in leak repairs and full bathroom renovations that last 10–15 years, backed by proper waterproofing, tiling, and finishing standards that most contractors skip.
So instead of racing around giving “guesstimates” that don’t mean much, we do things properly from the start.
Step 1: The Online Assessment
Before we send anyone out, we ask for photos of your bathroom and a few project details — things like tile size, fixture choices, and what you’d like changed.
From there, we can estimate:

How many days the job will take,

What kind of trades are involved (demolition, waterproofing, plumbing, etc.), and
-
A realistic ballpark range.
This saves you from paying for an onsite consultation or rearranging your day if we’re not the right fit.
Step 2: The Ballpark Estimate
Once we have your info, we’ll give you a clear idea of what your renovation might cost with us — along with what that includes:

Proper waterproofing — not quick fixes

Up to 15-year warranties
If that range works for your budget and expectations, we move to step three.
Step 3: The Onsite Consultation
This is where Marco visits, inspects your bathroom in detail, discusses materials, and creates a tailored renovation plan.
The consultation costs $125, but it’s credited back to your job if you go ahead.
It’s not a sales visit — it’s a technical inspection by someone who’s spent decades fixing what other tilers got wrong.
