Those standards came from Claudio, the original pool tiler in our family, trained in Italy under his father before immigrating to Australia and passing on traditional, old-school methods where precision and durability came first. Marco learned the trade that way first — then pushed it further by adopting epoxy systems early, despite the added time, cost, and difficulty.
